I. Target Group
Individual employees or grassroots teams such as groups and departments.
II. Event Details
This exercise comprises submission of "keywords" + "explanations".
"Keywords" shall be between 1-3 characters in length. They can be based on the most memorable, impactful or unforgettable incident that the individual or team has experienced in 2014.
"Explanations" are sentences of phrases that elaborate on the "keywords". There is no word limit on "explanations", but they shall be as concise as possible. In addition, they shall be sincere and not empty or exaggerated. Pictures that can bring life to the "keywords" can be submitted as well.
III. Submission Period & Method
- Submission Period
December 3, 2014 — January 10, 2015
- Submission Method
In order to ensure greater participation, especially from frontline employees, two submission channels have been set up for this event (name of the individual or team as well as unit must be stated regardless which channel is used)
>Submission through email to the public mailbox of the group's cultural center.
The subject of the email shall be "2014 Keyword Submission" and the emails shall be sent to the group's cultural center via firstname.lastname@example.org.
>Submission through WeChat message to the group's official WeChat account
Send a message directly to the group's official WeChat account (for identification purposes, remember to put #Submission# in front of the message). Those who have not added the official GCL account to their contacts can do so by tapping the "+" symbol on the top right corner——"Add Contacts"——"WeChat ID" and search for "GCL", or scan the QR code using WeChat.
IV. Display & Selection
In line with the event, the group's EIP platform will open a special column to publish the keywords submission in real time.
After the submission period, the group's cultural center will form a special judging team to decide the winners of the Finalists (50 entries) and Winners (20 entries). Besides being published in the official GCL publication, the group's cultural center will design special posters based on the winning "keywords" for display in the group's offices.
