Photovoltaic Systems

1.Polycrystalline components (P Series)


> Features:


i)Polycrystalline components are our featured product; they have the advantages of a high performance to cost ratio, strong supply capacity, and long-term stability and reliability.


ii)Specially selected, GCL high-efficiency polycrystalline silicon chips with high market recognition—our own brand high-quality cell components manufactured by us.

 

iii)In response to market demand, we seek to provide outstanding product quality right from the source. All of our products use plus tolerance standard (0 - +5W).

System mounts:


The products offered by GCL Integration include: rooftop mounted systems, ground mounted systems, single-axis and dual-axis tracking systems, and we can offer HDG or anodized aluminum frames. At the same time, we offer a range of mounting materials like super corrosion-resistant and high strength materials according to requirements of location, price and application etc.

 

We have consistently focused on quality management at every stage, from the point of receiving raw materials, through the manufacturing process, and all the way up to the point when the finished product leaves our plant. By implementing strict quality inspections throughout the process we can ensure reliable quality.

 

Inverters


Converting the direct current produced by PV cells into alternating current that can be feed into the electric grid is the core function of control equipment in PV and power generation systems. GCL Integration provides inverter network solutions suited to the specific project. Features include: a wide range of applications, high system efficiency, strong stability, high level of safety, good value for money and high degree of managability.

 

DC combiner box


Exclusively used to deliver the DC output from the matrix of solar cells to the solar inverter. Combiner boxes are configured with all kinds of protective equipment and remote monitoring equipment.

 

GCL Integration can provide custom-made DC combiner boxes to meet customers'requirements, offering a range of products with anything from 4 to 16 inputs. We can add monitoring systems as needed with a reliable monitoring system designated to each string of modules. Any system faults are detected immediately, ensuring the PV system operates reliably. 

 

AC combiner boxes


Exclusively used for collection of outputs from distributed grid inverters, AC combiner boxes are equipped with a lightning protection module, multi-function electricity meter and remote monitoring capability.

 

We can provide different solutions for the type of AC combiner box or case depending on the actual conditions of each project. We provide large terminal grid AC combiner cases specifically for large ground-mounted power stations. For parallel string systems, we offer grade 1 and grade 2 combiner solutions at the same time as optimizing design, and simultaneously lowering costs while increasing operating reliability.

 

PV monitoring system


The system includes a solar power generating system, grid supply system, equipment and environment monitoring, meteorological monitoring etc.

 

GCL Integration can provide a package of solutions, from system front-end DC string monitoring of power at connection with grid, including all kinds of voltage, current, and frequency signal, as well as the system generating capacity, local environment conditions, reliability of the grid etc. to customized power demand analysis, system PR valuation, power generating capacity prediction and string fault anticipation and positioning etc.
